Night to Shine - Special Needs

Greetings Friends!

 Image result for night to shineWe are happy to share our church, Cuyahoga Valley Church, will be one of over 100 hosts in the US and other countries for Tim Tebow's "Night to Shine"!  This event is for teens (ages 12 and up) and adults with special needs.

**  This event is just as much for those with Special Needs as it is for their caregivers!

 My oldest was excited to hear about the event and volunteered to serve, saying "she wants this to be the best night of their lives and wants to help make that happen!"  We love her heart!!!!
The Tim Tebow Foundation has a great passion for people with special needs, and in 2014 they launched “Night to Shine.” The vision was simple… work with churches around the country to provide an incredible prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs.
This past February, 44 churches and 15,000 volunteers came together on one night, celebrating 7,000 honored guests with special needs. This unforgettable prom night experience changed Valentine’s Day weekend from simply a celebration of love, to a celebration of God’s love, people with special needs and the value of life. This year we will continue expanding this ministry into a worldwide movement that allows people with special needs to shine, churches to shine, volunteers to shine, and most importantly, Christ to shine.

What will the guests enjoy????

A CATERED CELEBRATION --- BEAUTY STATION --- BUDDIES --- CROWN/TIARA --- DRESSES/SUITS --- KARAOKE and DANCING with/DJ --- FLOWERS --- LIMOS and RED CARPET!!! 
The church will be decorated from the parking lot to downstairs and everything in between!!

Please mark your calendar and join us for “Night to Shine” Friday, February 12, 2016 6-9PM at Cuyahoga Valley Church, 5055 E. Wallings Road, Broadview Heights!!!  Oh and please help spread the word!

We are in need of suits and formal dresses (larger sizes) for the attendees, I would be happy to meet or pickup....
Also, seeking professionals for hair, makeup, massages, DJ, florists, caterers, etc.....

    Greetings Friends! With Christmas vast approaching we have not forgotten about Tim Tebow!! The "Night to Shine" event is February 12th and we're still looking for dresses and suits for our guests to wear :) If you would like to donate, please let me know and I will humbly pick up from you :) Also, we're still looking for those will to donate their catering services!!!

    Happy New Year everyone!!! ONLY one month away until the big event! We are really jazzed but still in need of donations ( suits, dresses, catering, etc)....the guests will be selecting their apparel beginning in the next couple of weeks. If you would like donate, please let me know and I would love to meet up with Y-O-U!!! The Tebows will be at our church this Sunday as well if you would like to hear what they have to say, please contact me for details - God is working and it's amazing :)

    Now is the time for guests to register!!! Guests have been selecting their gowns and suits, please encourage those you know with Special Needs to register as early as possible for planning purposes :) Blessings, Kim
